Do you wrap products before shipping?
We take pride in our products, therefore each order is carefully hand wrapped in tissue paper before being finished with the Bendy Brand touch! Please be aware, if you’re ordering a gift and don’t want your partner/friend to recognise the packaging, be sure to let us know that you’d like ‘discreet’ packaging instead!!
How much is postage?
Postage varies depending on which product you’d like to order. To find out how much it will cost, add the product to your basket and select which country you would like it shipped to. The postage cost will then appear on your order. If you are over charged for your postage – don’t worry we will always refund you the difference.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship worldwide. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, just get in touch.
What delivery method do you use?
We ship the majority of our items via Royal Mail First Class post. In order to keep the postage costs low for our customers, we do not provide tracking. For the larger items, such as the Yoga Mats, we use a Courier service. Again, we do our best to find the cheapest yet reliable delivery method for you possible, to ensure our customers don’t incur any additional costs! If your order is over £130 we will send it tracked with no extra cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. UK delivery can take up to 5 working days. Dispatch can be subject to availability, and could take slightly longer if we’re waiting on stock of your chosen product. We will let you know if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason at all. Delivery to the EU can take up to 10 days, and International delivery will take up to 28 days.
Can I track my item?
We do not provide tracking with standard orders in order to keep the delivery costs as low as possible for our customers. If you would like to specifically request an order to be sent via a tracked service, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I haven’t received my item, what do I do next?
If it has been more than 28 days and you haven’t received your order, please ensure that you let us know. Make sure that you include your name and order number, and we will endeavour to rectify the problem ASAP.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that items are in new, un-worn condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items. Before processing a refund, garments are thoroughly checked to ensure that they are in the exact condition as when they were delivered to you. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any postage costs for returned orders. Please ensure that you double check the size guide before placing your order and if you have any queries before ordering, just get in touch.
Please note we do not refund custom orders.
How do I return my order?
Before returning your order, please contact us to let us know that you will be sending a return.
Do I have to pay for my returns postage?
If a product does not fit, we ask you to pay for the returns postage to us. We recommend sending your order back to us using recorded postage and retaining your proof of postage receipt. If we do not receive it we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received it back and inspected the quality, we will then refund you for the cost of the item (not including the original postage cost paid).
If you were sent the wrong order by mistake, or your product was faulty, we will refund the cost of your return postage as soon as we receive it back. We will then send you out a replacement product free of charge.
Can I exchange something?
Of course as long as we have it in stock! If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. Please note we can only exchange your garment if we have your desired size in stock.
What is my product/garment is faulty?
It is extremely rare that you will receive a faulty or damaged product, but if this is the case please email us immediately at email@example.com with a photo of the issue. We will try to get this sorted ASAP and send you a replacement in the post or offer you a refund.
How do I return my order?

Do you have a size guide?
Yes we do! Our size guide varies depending on which product you are looking at. Please have a look at the size guide on each product page for all of the details that you need.
I’m in-between sizes – what should I do?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size of the two. If you have any doubts, just ask!
What if I order the wrong size?
Don’t worry! If you’ve received your product and it doesn’t quite fit, please get in touch with us and we can exchange it for the correct size (t’s & c’s apply – please see the returns section for more information).
Do your clothes fit all bust sizes?
Yes! However the sizing of our clothing is based around athletic bodies with a smaller bust, meaning that they can come up a little small on those with a larger bust. We recommend going for a size above your normal clothing size if you have a larger bust. If in doubt, please get in touch and we can advise which size will fit you best.
What is The Bendy Box?
The Bendy Box is a monthly subscription of stretching, flow and conditioning classes run by Bendy Kate. There are two classes per week one is live streamed and one pre-recorded.
The Bendy Box is not available every month, only when Bendy is not touring.
If I can’t take part in the class live, can I watch it at a later date?
Yes! All classes are available to re-watch as many times as you like, whenever you like, after they have been live-streamed. As the subscriptions are monthly, each video is available until a few days after the end of the month.
I’m worried that I’m at a different level to everyone else – can I still take part?
Of course! The classes are suitable for all levels and are tailored to YOUR goals. If you have a certain request that you’d like Bendy to cover, just ask her before the course starts and she will do her best to accommodate your request. Bendy gives variations of the more advanced stretches so it is suitable to all levels.
Can I ask questions?
Absolutely – Bendy is available throughout the stretching course to give advice and help with any issues you may be having.
What will I need?
To take part in the classes, you will need a tablet, phone or laptop with audio. You will also need a yoga mat. You may also need a yoga strap and yoga blocks to help with some of the stretches. If you don’t have these additional products, you can always improvise! For example, a long towel can sometimes work effectively as a yoga strap. Alternatively we have yoga productions available to buy from the Bendy Brand
How long is the subscription for?
The subscription is only for the month you subscribed to (i.e. September) rather than a 31 day period from when you subscribe. You can subscribe to a month up to a week into the programme, the videos will then be taken down 1 week after the month has finished just in case you have any catching up to do
How many classes will there be?
The number of classes are simply dependent on how long the month is! Some months you will get even more value for your money!

Can I pre-order an item?
Before a major book or clothing launch, we do offer a pre-ordering system for some products during the initial launch. It will be very clear in the name and description of an item if it is on pre-order. Unfortunately we do not accept pre-orders on regularly stocked items. For the latest information regarding our stock updates, please follow The Bendy Brand on Facebook and Instagram.
How long do items usually take to come back in stock?
It can take from weeks to months for an item to come back into stock, but we always endeavour to get them back in as soon as we can! If you’re waiting for something to arrive, let us know and we can inform you when it’s back in stock.
Why do you want my mobile number and e-mail address?
The only reason we ask for these details, is to ensure that we can contact you if we have any queries about your order. We do not use your details for anything else. If you would like to sign up to our newsletter, please visit the homepage and enter your details at the bottom of the page.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments via WorldPay. If you have any problems with processing your payment, please let us know.

Where are The Bendy Brand products made?
Most of our products are handmade in the UK, which is why we sell them for the price they are. They’re made by some extremely talented UK seamstresses.
Why do The Bendy Brand backwarmers cost a little more than some other competitive brands?
How do I wash your clothing?
Depending on which item of clothing you own, we recommend different washing settings. Please ensure that you check the garment care labels first for full advice. We recommend that you hand wash all Marvel-Lace sets to protect the delicate lace fabric.
Are Advanced Stretching Technique and A Little Book of Handstands available as an e-book?
‘Advanced Stretching Technique 2’ is now available as an ebook! We are hoping to convert ‘A Little Book of Handstands’ into an ebook after Bendy’s next book ‘Upside Down Injuries, Prehab and Rehab’ is finished.
